Billy's Story 

What began on Canal Street of New Orleans in 1908, the Schulman family has been in the business of entertainment for over 100 years. Providing delicious food and excellent entertainment is at the core of the Schulmans' nature. The Schulman family have owned establishments in different areas of the state for decades and while the recipes have grown and developed, the goal has remained the same: to provide our customers with great service, excellent entertainment and outstanding food. Billy's Grille & Bar pays tribute to our own William "Billy" Schulman who truly taught us what it means to live a full, vivacious and charitable life. Billy brought joy to all those around him and our hope for each customer is that you experience all that Billy encompassed when you dine with us.
